Dear Families, Staff & Friends,

We REALLY need your help in voting for our Drew's House in the Pepsi Refresh Everything project grant.  We need  your help DAILY through December 31st.  We're vying for $50,000 to open the Drew's House grief and loss resource center in the Shippensburg area.  You need to be in the top 10 to get the money so we need MORE votes.  You can vote 2 times a day if you TEXT and email.  If you can't do the two that's okay.  ONE will also count!

To email go to- http://www.refresheverything.com/ Drew's House is in the $50,000 Communities category.  I open the category- " near you"  and Drew's House is about the 2nd one on the list.  If you have time to vote there are other categories that allow you to vote  for different causes in the  $5,000 - $10,000 AND  $25,000.  You don't need to do that if you don't want to but they give you 5 votes to use.

Christmas Ornaments!
If you pre-ordered your child(ren)'s homemade ornament, they will be coming home today! Please send in you payment as soon as possible. It is $3 per ornament.

It's time to send in your BOXTOPS! Please send them in by Friday!

Market Day
Market Day orders are due by January 6th, 2012. It will be ready for pick up on January 12th, 2012, between 2-3pm.

Pretzel Time!
This Thursday the 8th grade will be selling PHILLY PRETZELS for 75¢ each. All proceeds benefit the 8th grade class trip!

Fast-Pitch Softball!
The St. Leo's Athletic Association is sponsoring the 2012 season of Crusader's Girls' Fast-Pitch Softball. This program is open to any girl attending a Catholic parish within Lancaster County.
The program is geared towards all levels of skill, with an emphasis on instruction, particularly for those 10 and younger. The older groups will progress to a more competitive level of play. However, girls new to the sport, are welcome at any level. Last year, approximately 40 girls from 5 parochial grade schools participated. A number of Crusader players are now playing on the varsity teams at Lancaster Catholic and other schools.
As in the past, we will be offering indoor pre-season instructional clinics, which will start in February. (Dates to be announced)

Sales have been brisk for the holidays! Don't forget scrip for all of your holiday needs. We will be special ordering 2 more times in December the 15th & 19 th. Please remember to do all SPECIAL orders through shopwithscrip.com . For a limited time we will offer wrappers for .25 each just indicate on your order if you need some !

Christmas Pageant Tonight in the Church 

As you know the Christmas pageant is tonight Tuesday December 13 at 7pm in the church. Please adhere to the following for a smooth performance.
~~ Students for the tableau scenes are to report to the Lower Church by 6:30pm
~~All other students report to their CLASSROOMS

Kids Night out Winter Fun !
If you still need to sign your kids up for a fun night, please download the form below and send it in.

Help is needed for the Kids Night out On December 16.We need adult helpers and cookies baked to decorate. Contact Jodi Mazaheri  @ 455-1051 if you can help.

Don't forget a minimum of 25 children need to be signed up to hold the event .

Bazaar ornaments are waiting to be picked up in the first floor hallway . If you indicated that you would like your child to make an ornament please send in $3 for each ornament and they will be sent home. Thank you !

A very special Thank you to everyone who participated in our Parish Mission in anyway . It was a wonderful event, and very well attended. The Mission was a great way to  help us prepare for Christmas.
